Jeremy's Birthday

That's right. Jeremy is now 8! When did he grow up, I ask you? He's so big!
Well, this year Jeremy wanted a Bakugan birthday party! His cake was the biggest challenge this year. I've never baked a round ball cake before. It turned out okay, I think. At least Jeremy approved, so that's all that mattered. He and his friends had a bunch of fun decorating pumkins, watching a Bakugan episode, eating pizza, and doing what boys do best!! (chaos and mayhem?)

His cake, designed after one of his favorite Bakugan.

All the pumpkins, after the mayhem!

Bottom:Rici Davis, Macrae Dyer, Mallory Miller, Tucker Mecham
Top: Sam Johnson, Jackson Marble, Nephi Nay, EJ, BJ, and Jeremy!!!

One of his new favorite toys from his party--Dragonoid Collosus.

He's so excited to start Cub Scouts. He's been waiting for this for years, literally. He's already earned his Bobcat badge that he'll get this week at pack meeting. Way to go Jeremy!!!

HALLOWEEN

We all had so much fun for Halloween this year. We had a super fun Halloween dinner party at my brother's house with spooky food and games for the kids. We went trick-or-treating on main street, then around the neighborhood, ending at Grandma's house before going home. Let me tell you how tired and exhausted I was that night. But, at least the boys had fun and they all looked really cute!!

Here's Pirate Christopher, doing his normal stare down.

Adam was a Dalmation puppy. Here he is with cousin Gwen, the ladybug, at the Halloween party.

Wes was a gruesome zombie, scaring all the younger cousins. Hanging out with the convict Ryan!!!

Jeremy was. . . I don't know what to call it. . . an alien brain thing? He loved it and cached in!

Mommy was a pirate with Christopher. We got some good food in our bellies in between trick-or-treating. I love moments like these where all is happy and fun!

Here we are at my mom's, tired and ready to call it a night. Well, at least I was.

Halloween Dress Up

So, we dug out the Halloween costume box. The boys had so much fun dressing up in all the different costumes, trying to figure out what they wanted to be this year. Even Adam was involved. It reminded me of being a kid doing the same thing with our family's Halloween box.

Christopher with pirate hair!!

Jeremy the alien brain and little Adam pumpkin.

Jeremy is under there. He says he's an alien brain man!!

Christpher wearing purple rocker wig.

Pirate Jeremy, his best attacking pose!!!

Christopher the pirate!!!

Summer Fun

Here's a few things we did this summer. It didn't ALL revolve around Adam, though that's how it felt at times. But, the boys did enjoy other events.

Jeremy once again played soccer. He really enjoys this sport and has gotten better each year. He still loves to play defense more than anything else.

We played at the Splash park with cousins too.

Christopher gets nervous at first, but eventually was soaked, thanks to cousin Eve!

Jeremy needed no coaxing. Two minutes there and here he is!!

Cousin Phoenix came to visit. He loves babies. Good thing too, since he'll get his own baby sister in three months.

Fun at the park with cousins. How many can climb up at the same time? Hmmm...

Christopher loves the slide now. There's no stopping him. Oh, and he's learning to cheese it for pics.
For Labor Day, the whole family went up to a Cabin in ID near Grams and Gramps.

Mckell and Adam snuggling by the fire.

Jeremy know what to do with a fire, SMORES!!!

Christopher slept in the cabin with Adam and me, but loved to hang out at daddy's tent!

Cousins goofing off!

All Miller family was invited to come up and hang out with us, since we were so close. Uncle Pat was being naughty though when he tried to feed my two month old cake!! Bad boy!! No, we loved visiting with them though.

Daddy and Adam.

We had lots of fun at Cami's birthday party later that month too!

Sack races, who won? Don't ask me! :)

Jeremy didn't want to stop racing over and over and over.

Brotherly Love

Through all the hectic demands in our lives, it's nice to have moments like these that really show their love for each other!

Adam Wesley Hall

Here is our little Adam, the newest angel in our house. He was born on June 14 at 7:35 in the morning. He was 20 1/2 inches. His weight is a little bit of a mystery. They weighed him at 7 lb 13 oz, but that is not correct. They later found that scale was broken and not accurate. My nurse took him to the nursery later that night and weighed him there at 9 lb 1 0z. He left the hospital at 8 lb 12 oz, and at his two week appt was up to 9 lb 15 oz. His is my BIG boy. I love it!

So, anyways, it all went well. We had the C-section scheduled, and both the baby and I recovered quite quickly. Wes had a couple of days finding out how much fun (stressful fun) taking care of Jeremy and Christopher all by himself could be. Haha, I'm laughing here as I remember him asking me how I do it everyday. Well, we'll see how I can cope with three now!

Jeremy loves being a big brother again. He is always trying to help me with Adam's diapers, bath, clothes, etc. or just holding and loving him.

Christopher too can't get enough of 'his baby'. He finally understands what we've been telling him about a baby coming to our house. He loves it, most of the time. He still thinks he needs to be the center of our attention. But, it's getting better, I think. :)

We are now adjusting to life with Adam at home. There is so much energy running around our house. Wes had to go back to work, eventually, and back to school now too. Man, no one has to persuade me to go to bed anymore. I'm hitting the sack as soon as I get Adam down. Life is exhausting, but wonderful too. I couldn't be happier right now.

We are Back!!

So, we had technical difficulties with our camera and retrieving our pictures. Plus, let's face it, I'm not the best with updates. But, I'm determined to catch up. So, here are some highlights since last post which came at the beginning of last summer.

First, we went to the carnival during Steel days. We all had a blast!

It was pretty hot that day too, so I'm lucky to get these smiles!

Jeremy claims he loved this ride that he tried for the first time this year. Other pics that I have show a more nervous and scared look. But, he's my brave boy!

Brothers getting ready for a train ride. Christopher did well.

Then, of course Christopher had his first birthday. We spent the day at the zoo, and yes, this is how he insisted on eating his cupcake!

We did a lot of camping last summer. We were probably making up for not going last summer when I was pregnant. And, since I'm pregnant for the beginning of this summer and don't like to camp with a newborn; we probably won't be going camping as much this summer. Anyways, one trip we took to Vernal to Dinoland. We camped out and had so much fun!

The Dino musuem. Jeremy loved it, he's just Mr. Drama most of the time.

Boys playing together. Jeremy helped a lot keeping Chrisopher out of the fire.

We were camped right by the edge of the Green river. Every day, multiple times a day, the boys were begging to go play in the water. They saw lots of little frogs and of course, moved every rock on the shore. No doubt about it, my boys are very much boys.

Jeremy and Wes testing out the deeper waters. :)
